Steve and Connie Hicks, friends from PA were sight seeing the beautiful fall foliage. They stopped in and we went to a restaurant with a '50's decor. We really enjoyed the visit.
Valerie decided to dress for the occasion.
Here she is in her poodle skirt with '50's decor.

Wow! We haven't seen Steve & Connie for years!! And Valerie dressed appropriately for the occasion, didn't she? How cute!!
I am sure that it was nice to see Steve & Connie. Glad that you could spend some time together.
Dorcas,
We get to see the Hicks a time or two a year and we send cards/letters/phone calls every so often. The older I get, the more important it is to keep in touch with friends. :) Lolly
I remember them...
When I was about l4, I attended Mt. of Blessings Camp, and at night after church service, the young people would gather round and sing while Steve played his quitar...(he was probably l6 or so at the time)...
I haven't seen him since, so what a nice surprise...
Jeanne,
Steve still plays guitar but also banjo and some mandolin. Connie plays the piano and there are others in the church who sometimes have guitar/banjo specials. Lolly
